Early reservations recommended.
We will confirm reservations upon receipt of a 50% deposit. We prefer payment by cash, personal check or traveler checks, but we do accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please add 7.5% sales tax to all prices.

We provide a full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more in advance, less a $25 credit card processing fee if a credit card was used, for all daily charters or lodging reservations. We require a 14 day cancellation notice. We offer a 5% discount from your lodging for cash and another 5% if you stay with us 3 days or more from May 1st to September 1st each year.
